We were founded in 1984 as a family business. Today the second generation runs the operation. When you book with us, you're not talking to a call centre or an international broker — you're talking to the family who has lived here since childhood and knows every kilometre of the island.
What we've learnt over the years: Travellers want no surprises. No excess buried in the fine print. No €1,500 blocked on their card. No argument at return. That's what we built our offer around.

Is a credit card deposit required?
No. We are one of the very few providers in Crete that require no credit card deposit. You pay the rental price on collection — cash, debit card/Maestro, Visa, Mastercard or American Express. No €1,500 "blocked" on your card.
What does "zero excess full insurance" actually mean?
Every booking includes CDW and Theft Protection with €0 excess. Other providers hide an €800 – €1,500 excess in the small print. We don't.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free up to collection. Since we don't take card details, there's nothing to charge. A quick message by email or WhatsApp is all it takes.
Can you deliver the car to my hotel?
Yes, free of charge — upon request and subject to availability. We deliver to: Agia Pelagia, Hersonissos, Stalis, Malia, Anissaras, Rethymno, Bali, Georgioupoli, Agios Nikolaos, Elounda, Sissi, Matala and more. Just give us your hotel and arrival time when booking.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash in euros, debit card/Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Payment is made on collection — not in advance.
What is the fuel policy?
Full-to-full — fair and simple. Pick up with a full tank, return with a full tank. No "full-to-empty" tricks, no overpriced pre-paid refuelling.
