2. Data we collect
We only collect what we need to provide our service and run this website.
Booking & enquiry data
When you make a booking or send us a message through the contact form, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, and your requested pickup/return dates and location. This information is used to process and confirm your rental and to communicate with you about it.
Technical & usage data
Like most websites, our server and our analytics tools may record technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device, referring page, and the pages you view. Optional analytics and advertising cookies (see section 4) are only used with your consent.

5. Managing or withdrawing your consent

You can also delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before you withdrew it.
6. Sharing & international transfers
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — for example our email delivery provider (for booking and contact emails) and the analytics/advertising providers listed above, and only to the extent needed.
Some providers (such as Google and Microsoft) may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where this happens, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
7. How long we keep your data
- Booking records: for the duration of the rental relationship and as required by Greek tax/accounting law thereafter.
- Contact enquiries: for as long as needed to handle your request and a reasonable period afterwards.
- Analytics/advertising data: for the retention period set by the relevant provider; the consent cookie itself expires after 180 days.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Have inaccurate data corrected, or incomplete data completed.
- Have your data erased ("right to be forgotten") where applicable.
- Restrict or object to processing, including direct marketing.
- Receive your data in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent at any time (see section 5).
